General information about 2.13 inch TFT Display 250×122 Electronic Paper Ink Screen EPD 2. TYKEGM021308T03 is an electrophoretic display panel 250 x 122 with SPI, 13 Inch. It is reflective and is present on an active matrix of TFT substrate. The dimension of the active area in the diagonal direction is 2 units. 13”, and is 250 pixels by 122 pixels. The panel can produce monochrome black-and-white images and/or red images as determined by the specific LUT correlated with the panel. The specific circuit section on the panel is the integrated gate and source driver, timing controller and oscillator, boost circuit DC-DC, frame buffer memory, and lookup tables for further use as well as the circuits for controlling VCOM borders.
